Chain & Rope Suppliers Ltd are the lifting gear specialists. We stock a wide range of snatch blocks. A snatch block is a heavy-duty pulley inside a metal casing. It is primarily designed for handling heavy goods, working as a pulley point that can redirect the course of a winch line.
Snatch blocks are also used to increase the lifting or pulling capacity of wire hoists and winches. It's common for this method to produce a 100% increase in pulling or lifting capacity - beware of the extra force this has on fixing / anchor points.
Snatch blocks allow you to change the direction of a winch’s cable by off-setting the anchor point, allowing you to pull in a three-point motion. Sturdy and durable, snatch blocks are ideal for transferring loads over short distances and are commonly used in recovery situations.
When used in conjunction with a winch, a snatch block can increase the winch’s power considerably, allowing for a smoother, easier winching process.

Delivery Policy for Website Orders
Please find our delivery information outlined below. We currently offer delivery options to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only.
We deliver anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland for €19.99 up to 30kg.
Free Delivery
Orders over €100 to anywhere in Ireland are delivered FREE of charge.
Orders are dispatched on the next working day after the order has been placed, and you should receive your order within 2-5 working days. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays.
Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package. In the event of damage, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment.

CLICK AND COLLECT
You can pay for your purchases online and collect your order at our warehouse. There is no charge for the Click & Collect service.
Step 1. Place your order online
As part of the checkout process you will be offered the choice of deliver my order or I will collect my order. Please select 'I will collect my order'
Step 2. We will then email you once your order is ready for collection.
Please collect your order within 14 days of receiving your “Your Order is ready for collection” email.
Step 3. What to bring when collecting your order
Simply bring a copy of “Your Order is ready for collection” email.

Not happy with your purchase?
No problem. We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of order for any products (this excludes products such as chains, wire rope, and webbing or any other product that has been made to your specifications and are clearly personalised)
Just email info@hoistech.ie Or call us on 01 4570021. If we have already dispatched the product, it needs to be returned to us at the address below before refund can be applied.
