Web slings are often used where chains may be too bulky for the lifting application. They are extremely versatile as they can be used in various configurations including vertical lift, choke lift and a basket lift. The lifting capacity of the websling will change depending on the configuration for example a vertical lift has a s.w.l (safe working load) of 1 times the S.W.L. A choke has an S.W.L of 0.8 times the S.W.L and a zero degree basket has an S.W.L of 2 times the S.W.L.

 

Hoistech offers for sale a full range of Polyester webslings. Webslings also known as lifting straps and lifting belts are manufactured with a built in factor of safety of 7:1, meaning the websling will not fail until a load of at least 7 times its safe working load is exerted upon it. This makes webslings a very safe way of lifting heavy objects. All our webslings come with a certificate of conformity detailing their safe working load.

 

The standard webslings we can offer are 1tonne, 2 tonne, 3 tonne, 4 tonne, 5 tonne, 6 tonne, 7 tonne, 8 tonne, 10 tonne and 12 tonne. As standard these polyester webslings come in lengths of 1meter, 2 meter, 3 meter, 4 meter, 5 meter and 6 meter. However Hoistech have the skills and expertise to manufacturer webslings with specific requirements in mind.

 

Hoistech Ltd can also fit webslings with grade 80 lifting components such as hooks and rings. All webslings must be manufactured to specific guide lines. For example the colour of the webbing material represents the lifting capacity of the websling.

 

The colours are as follows:

•  Purple = 1T
• Green = 2T
• Yellow = 3T
• Grey = 4T
• Red = 5T
• Brown = 6T
• Blue = 8T
• Orange = 10T
• Orange = 12T

Delivery Policy for Website Orders

 

Please find our delivery information outlined below. We currently offer delivery options to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only.

We deliver anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland for €19.99 up to 30kg.

 

Free Delivery
Orders over €100 to anywhere in Ireland are delivered FREE of charge.

Orders are dispatched on the next working day after the order has been placed, and you should receive your order within 2-5 working days. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays.

Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package. In the event of damage, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment.

You can pay for your purchases online and collect your order at our warehouse. There is no charge for the Click & Collect service.

Step 2. We will then email you once your order is ready for collection.

Please collect your order within 14 days of receiving your “Your Order is ready for collection” email.

No problem. We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of order for any products (this excludes products such as chains, wire rope, and webbing or any other product that has been made to your specifications and are clearly personalised)
